In preparation for the national sessions on higher education sector reform, the university president met with members of the university community.

On the morning of Wednesday, May 24, 2023, Pr. Benamar Mohammed El Amine, the university president, chaired a coordination meeting with various stakeholders, officials, and students in preparation for the national sessions on reforming and modernizing the higher education sector. The meeting took place in the lecture hall at the Audiovisual Center and was attended by deputy directors of the university, deans of faculties, department heads, representatives of teachers’ unions, and parent associations in Adrar province.

During the meeting, the university president emphasized the importance of the university community’s contribution to enriching the project of reforming and modernizing the higher education sector. He encouraged members to provide suggestions regarding training programs, mentoring, knowledge frameworks, and methodologies. Furthermore, he highlighted the significance of the upcoming national sessions scheduled to begin in June 2023, aimed at enhancing the performance of university institutions and updating the higher education and scientific research sector in Algeria.
